Do you practice outside of Clinton County?
Yes, while our office is conveniently located across the street from the Clinton County courthouse, we also regularly appear before many other courts located in counties across northwest Missouri, including but not limited to, Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clay, Daviess, Dekalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Nodaway, Platte, Ray, and Worth.
Do you take payments?
Yes, sometimes we work out payment plans with our clients. Disclaimer, every case is unique, and no promises are made here. However, we understand that legal issues often arise when you least expect and when you can least afford them. Therefore, we try to come up with flexible payment arrangement to assist our clients.
Sometimes, we can take a case on continency so that there is no money out of your pocket. Other times, we can take a bond assignment or take periodic payments over the life of your case.
